SLJ: Summer Sounds

 Hello,

Today's SLJ was Summer Sounds. It was a task that took creativity, and we had to go outside and make a video of what Summer Sounds like at our houses. Then we had to make a poem about our video. I made mine on a Google slides, to make to easier.

Here are my slides:

I hoped you liked it!

More blogs soon:)

  1. Kia Ora Mahrosh,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.

I really enjoyed this poetry activity as I love reading and writing poems and summer is my favourite season!

I think you did an awesome job introducing the activity and explaining what you enjoyed and found difficult. I think your poem is awesome, you stuck to the summer theme well and what you could hear, I can also hear the birds chirping outside my house.

Unfortunately I am unable to view the sounds in the slide so could you please share the files
Anyone on the internet with this link can view so everyone can see it on your blog.

Happy Holidays, Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates

  2. Hi Molly,
Thanks for commenting. I don't know how to share it with everyone with the link, but I have tried. I can hear the crickets, people talking, and the wind blowing from my house.

  3. Mōrena Mahrosh,

Shannon from the Summer Learning Journey Team, here. You should have received an email requesting to give me permission to access the file you have uploaded in this post as I am not currently able to do so (and neither is anyone else visiting your blog).

Could you please grant me access? Thank you - I am really looking forward to listening to your recording.
